PTA

The School has a lively and long established P.T.A. It exists to bring parents and teachers into closer association for the common purpose of promoting the well being of the school and to raise funds for it. The P.T.A. helps to further the friendly and welcoming atmosphere so characteristic of Robert Bruce.

All parents automatically become members of the P.T.A. when their children join the school and help of any kind is most gratefully accepted. Each year a new committee is elected at an annual general meeting to organise activities and fund-raising events for the forthcoming year.

These activities not only generate a great deal of goodwill but provide an essential financial boost, which is always put to good use. Money has been raised to purchase a whole range of invaluable assets such as musical instruments, P.E. equipment, computers, and many other items.
