German Trip 2009
Dear Parents / Guardians,
It was lovely to meet you at the Parents Evening for the
German trip last Thursday and for those of you who came here are the final
details I promised.
I need £17 for the Phantasialand
visit by Friday 26th June either in cash or by cheque made payable to Robert Bruce School Fund. Pupils should take this to reception
in the morning before lessons begin.
As I also explained we will run a ‘bank’ for
pupils to ensure that they do not waste, lose or run out of money. If you
could also send this money into school in a sealed envelope with the name
of your child and the amount written on it again by Friday 26th
June. This money should be in Euros.You may of
course want your children to keep some money for themselves particularly
for the journey there.
I am in the process of putting the PowerPoint
presentation from last Thursday on to the school website and I shall also
put the itinerary and this letter on with it.
Could you also ensure that I have your contact telephone
numbers and also that you have sent in school the EHIC health card, which
is available at the Post Office or online at www.ehic.uk.com
